Key goals of the project

  • Empower adult learners who face educational or social vulnerabilities by helping them build skills such as communication, decision-making, problem solving, teamwork, adaptability, emotional intelligence, and time management.

  • Develop a rich visual toolkit for educators that includes visual resources tailored to adult soft skills development. This toolkit is intended to help educators explain complex concepts in more intuitive ways, boosting learner engagement and retention.

  • Promote inclusive adult education approaches by integrating scenarios and visual tools that make soft skills learning more accessible and meaningful.

Why visual thinking matters in this context

Traditional approaches to soft skills training can be abstract and difficult for some adult learners to grasp. Visual thinking makes key concepts more concrete and easier to internalize, turning learning into an active and engaging experience.
